Performance issue

Go ingame in counter strike, just a bot game

Press Alt + R to bring up the Nvidia performance overlay. Wait a few seconds to have it populate the fields and then screenshot

110-140 fps look normal from what I see in benchmarks

Depending on the map, that was Dust 2

when no one is around i get 140 but when i enter a gunfight it drops to 100

while i get shot
