I sold this PC to a guy locally a while ago and up until recently he came back to me and wanted an upgrade. I got him basically all new parts and he wanted to keep his old SSD. I plugged in his SSD into the new PC but forgot that itll have issues booting into the SSD because the windows install is locked onto the motherboard from the old PC. Im able to boot up fine by setting up his old parts in a testbench and i can access his account and everything. But he wants windows on the new nvme that i got him, but im not sure how to transfer all his windows user data and download and everything like that onto the nvme and empty the SSD. could anyone help me
when I say move user data, i want to make it as if the pc had just gotten new parts and he has all the stuff where he left it and doesnt need to download anything new? apologies if this is confusing
