fans and cpu cooler rgb lighting stopped working all of a sudden?

I was streaming today and I had looked over at my pc and realized the cooler and all the fan lights were off when I didn't mess with the pc at all , everything works just the lighting is off
Is there anything I can do to turn them back on somehow ? I tried restarting lol and that didn't work
