Going through my emails right now and I found an email about RMA'ing it - I purchased it 04/18/2016 and it looks like I tried to RMA it 4/18/2021 but I can't actually remember if it happened or not lmao

Looks like I RMA'd it once in 2018 and then the 2021 RMA was cancelled, so I'm guessing the PSU that I'm using now is from 7/6/2018

It could be the psu but tough to say without having another psu to test with
