#6 Deepcool fans, bottom 3 occasionally flicker

I have 6 fans daisy chained together on one ARGB header, and powered on one SATA connector, the 3 fans that aren't on the AIO occasionally flicker. What's happening here?
Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX DDR5 Mobo
AIO: DeepCool LS720 with original fans
Case fans: 3x DeepCool FC120 RGB fans
Help would be much much appreciated!
