I don't really know if my CPU is overheating or not. Off of a cold boot, my CPU idles at 50 degrees. As soon as I open something like Discord, Firefox, or other light workloads, I see it jump to 60. But today, while I was playing Europa Universalis IV, I saw temperature spikes to 85 degrees. Additionally, Liquid Temperature hovers around 36-40 degrees.
In more intensive games, such as Minecraft with Shaders or Helldivers 2, I've seen the CPU go up to 70-80 degrees.
I honestly don't know whether this is normal or not; or if my temperatures have been slowly climbing without me noticing them. This is all happening while having the pump and fans cranked to 100% and with CPU usage never going above 70%, but typically being around 30-50% at most. Which is around 3000RPM on the pump and 2000RPM on the fans respectively.
Is this normal?
