usb keep disconnecting

my USB keep disconnecting and hearing the dreaded window sound of USB disconnecting , any way to find out which. it my front two usb connectors, cant tell from the universal bus controller which two are are the front usb connector, the two white cables are two USB connectors that keeps, disconnecting. i have a MSI B40 mortor max.

there a rare time where older bios has some advateage its not uncomes for ram oc to get worse in one update then lots better in the next or amd changes limit like the new 1.3V soc limit since there cpu where on fire (7000 cpu)
