Constant crashing w/ GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS Master after upgrading to ROG 4090 Strix

Hey, my PC was working perfectly with a 3090, but after upgrading to a ROG 4090 Strix the PC is crashing consistently. This is the second 4090 I've purchased and I keep having the same issue. Going back to my 3090 works perfectly fine.
At this point I feel like it's an issue with the motherboard, but have no way of testing that.

Every crash creates an Event Log in windows along the lines of

How can I debug this problem? I find it unlikely I've gotten 2 DOA 4090s. If my PSU is able to support a 3090 it should be able to support a 4090 that's only watching YouTube/Twitch (which is when it appears to be crashing). I haven't even gotten to play games on it yet.

I used DDU in the past didn't make any difference. I can try it again. I'm on the lastes NVIDIA drivers

I'm thinking at this point it's a mobo issue. I think Gigabyte probably did something really stupid to try and "maximize" performance

If I open twitch my PC will crash, not even high load or anything. So I doubt it's a PSU issue

Ran DDU, reinstalled latest drivers.
PC crashed as soon as I tried to open chrome tabs w/ YT videos

Crashed again when Discord tried to load

Any other ideas?

Might end up going back to my 3090 just so I can use my fucking PC again

This may have fixed it, going to open up a few streams/videos and see if I crash

If this IS the issue, then it's just asanine
