#new pc won’t boot

i’m building a pc for my friend and i was able to get it to boot and go into the BIOS, but as it was installing windows, the computer blue screened and won’t boot now. It has the red and orange light on the mobo. I had to clean his hard drives through control prompt to install windows. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. The specs are a Ryzen 7 7800 x3d, zotec 4070, and an MSI B650M-P

i’ve tried taking the ram out one by one to see if it was a ram issue and nothing happened.

If it has debugging lights look at the motherboard manual

went and bought an entirely new motherboard, had to get a case since it was a atx board, and new hard drives. still no post with the red dram light on. after more research, it seems this is a common problem that people have with the X3D but surprisingly no fixes i can find that work.
