My onedrive is over capacity and when i moved the files to local files the problem just moved

you might be syncing your local storage to cloud

then itll still use ondrive storage

id either pay more for extra storage or make sure whatever drive you move it to isn't backed up to cloud

click on onedrive in the bottom right, then settings, then check which folders r backed up
