My computer when launching a game full shut down and since booting back up won’t show my mouse. I’ve tried restarting windows and still nothing.

Do you have a second computer to try if the Mouse works there?

But the pc just shut off randomly and came back on and the mouse won’t work on it , so I think it’s windows related?

You could try to reload the graphics drivers by pressing Windows Key + ctrl + Shift + B

Have you looked at the device manager in windows to see if the mouse shows up?
