I have 12GB of ram in my 2018 Acer nitro 5. I always have almost no usable ram to the point where my computer lags with just the start tab of opera gx open. I’ve tried factory resetting the laptop to no avail.

I’m going to try CCleaner and see if that works. I’ll update after.
Update: it wants me to pay to upgrade so I’m not going to use it
