Tiny 11 doesn't have any Microsoft official features and is known to have stability issues
What the bill that I just recommended Windows 11 should be fine it should perform well and it should be able to handle most titles at 1080p medium settings

Oh I'm sorry I guess I can't read either then I'll have to inform you that the CPU that I picked is not compatible with the motherboard that you have so if you were to go with my list you would have to buy a new motherboard still a way better computer though
