I want to get a home server but I don't know if I'm better off buying an old used computer and repurposing that or should I build one myself. My budget is about 250usd and for nearly exactly that price I managed to find parts for a server with a Ryzen 3 2400G with a MSI B450M PRO and 32GB of DDR4. I would be running a VPN, file server and some personal projects
