prime 95 is an artificial test so yes thats fine, in the real world your not going to get that often at all. not sure why your trying to oc a 5500 though, its pretty useless. just extra heat and power from your system

tbh thats a pretty bad setup if you want your llms to perform well

You can also try to find a cheap 92/80mm fan and strap it in a way onto the VRM's, it will definitely help for cooling
