I have been trying to figure this out for a while now. But my friend has an i9 9900k with 32 gb of ram running at 3k mhz. 2080 super. all games run fine. But the minute he tries to start fornite it crashes his computer. He is also using the xtu program from intel to see his cpu utilization. And whenever he starts the benchmark on the program it also crashes his computer.

Try to use hwmonitor too check temps on the cpu, and what cooler dose he have for the cpu?

uninstall XTU and use mobo bios

The mother bios makes no sense to me and I'm not at his place to even walk him through it even if I wanted to
