i dont see anything wrong other then your rear fan pointing the wrong way. can you remove the gpu and use igpu to boot? do you get a display? make sure to put display cable in motherboard io

the rear fan isnt a cpu fan, thats the fan that is supposed to exhaust all the hot air. right now you only have intakes assuming you didnt match that config on your front fans
