Your cpu connectors are going to go in between the cpu heatsink and the mobo i/o near the top. You should see a port with 8 little slots on it. If there any other cables that need to be plugges in, look for the label and tell me what they say. You aren't going to use every port on the motherboard. But you will use maybe 70 percent of the connectors.
