most common issue I see is that the RAM is not fully seated in the DIMM slots
push your RAM in slightly harder than you think is enough

Usually there are 2 clicks

uninstall and reinstall everything
easiest to hardest
start with unplugging and replugging stuff
then reinstall CPU if still not working
