Intel Drivers Bloatware?

Hey guys! I was wondering if the following softwares in the screenshot serve any purpose. I've recently bought the Lenovo Yoga (Slim) Pro 9i 14" and it keep recommending me these drivers, but bluetooth works fine and so does my internet.

Is this stuff just bloatware? What do these softwares even do?

No their not bloat ware I don’t think it’s probably just optimization or fixing small bugs
