The X3D Ryzen cpus are only really good for gaming
radeon and ryzen
They’ll work just aswell with any gpu
are you looking at the 7800x3d
Have one myself, aboslute great CPU, really efficient and good on temps for how insanely crazy it is gaming wise..im using it with a 7900xt and it works great, but itll work well with either
X3D just means CPU has more cache and does better in games than the non-3d counterparts
Doesnt have anything to do with any other component
couple of things to know the, the x3d series cant be overclocked, well they "can" but they are voltage locked, and overclocking them past their boost dosent benefit them
aswell as it being am5, it only "supports" upto 6000Mhz ram, it can go further with the right speed and timing settings, but is meant for 6000mhz
acutally i think the voltage lock is only on the 5800x3d
i think the 7800x3d can do a little more overclocking wise, but still not much can be done
yeah meant upto 6400 my bad
