Integrated gpu is better than ded gpu

I have a gtx 1650 ded graphics card, and an integrated amd card, how come i get better performance with the integrated caard than the ded card? also, the ded cards fans are real loud and it uses alot more gpu when im using it, but the integrated card uses 5% gpu and is quiet with better performance
