It looks like all your fans are at 100%

I just have to assume you can tell by placing your head by it. But otherwise it looks like everything is soaring pretty high. I've never heard of psu dieing by ramping up their fan speed. Even if they were running a little hotter then usual it would be odd for a dieing one to ramp up like that. Have you made any changes under bios recently?

I updated the bios last night after having the fan issue but before that I would probably say it’s been maybe 4 months since I’ve touched it?
