I've upgrade my motherboard, cpu, and ram. It boots to the BIOS and it recognizes my m.2 ssd and my hdd but the bios says "no bootable drives detected"?

Do I need to reinstall windows? Could I copy files over from the Windows Installer to my harddrive?
