I’ve had this issue for a while now, about 3+ months and it only seems to be getting worse.
When I turn on my computer and begin to use it, my screen stops allowing me to click on anything. I cant click any applications in the Start Menu, Taskbar, Other window tabs, nothing. Sometimes it will freeze like that for a few seconds and then lets me click on something but most of the time I have to turn my mouse off for about 10 seconds and back on, Hit Ctrl + Alt + Dlt or restart my PC from the button on the side. Restarting the File Explorer also helps, if I can click on it, most of the time I can’t. While those are only temporary fixes, the problem will continue about every five minutes. I’ve tried absolutely every suggestion possible on the internet. It’s not the mouse, I tried another mouse and still had this issue. I hard restarted my computer (but kept my files, deleted the apps and programs though). I’ve also ran commands, uninstall the program for the mouse, checked all the mouse settings. Still cannot find a solution. I’ve also tried different ports on my computer and fully plugged the power cord into a different socket in my room. My OS is located in my SSD.
If someone can please give me any more suggestions or reasons to why I am having this issue. It’s driving me insane, thank you in advance.
