#Windows issues, PSU issues?!

Here is some things I managed to capture when it happens

#

You can see when it happens very clearly , when the psu goes to 0w my gpu drops so does cpu etc

#

I have no clue, contacted 2 it guys I know they haven't a clue either

I can boot in safe mode, I'll take screens of where the drivers are flagged

#

I would appreciate any help at this point

And I apologise in advance for the structure of typing and or typos, as I'm forced to do it on my phone now
