First off, with any of those options, 4K wouldn't give you great frames, so go with the 1440p monitor options.
About the components, the first option is great if you don't want to spend too much, and you want a quick solution right now.
You should avoid the 2nd since spending $300+ on an AM4 CPU isn't worth it at this point.
The 3rd is the best imo, but you will have to wait if you want better prices.
