dips are the same time when my game stutters, ghostrunner 2
happens in every game i play ranging from apex to dishonored 1, have disabled TPM, turned CAM (resizable bar or sam whatever) on and off, enabled and disabled xmp, disabled ulps, updated my gpu drivers, installed chipset drivers for the cpu and motherboard, disabled hardware acceleration in discord, overclocked and undervolted my gpu, etc etc.
can someone PLEASE HELP ME
