I built this in 2019 and now im not really able to play newer games as well. My goal is to be able to play at 2K resolution 75 - 144hz on games like Assetto Corsa/Various racing games and some FPS games. And I plan on playing Monster Hunter Wilds and the new GTA in the future. I want to try and save money by not building a whole new system but I dont know what I need to upgrade.

Any recommendations on what I need to upgrade would be great
