Asus Strix x570-E Rebooting problems

Hello
I have a Problem with my Motherboard I can’t get it to Boot and give me a Video Output.
I tried Resetting the memory many time and only I stick etc.
I tried giving it a Bios Flashback but I’m not able to do that because the light stays green.

One Probel i found i was an idiot and put my Temp sensor on the Cmos Clear now i have the error code 02
