Hey @queen zinc
I would start by resetting your BIOS by clearing the CMOS. This can be done via a number of methods depending on your motherboard. (IE: CMOS reset button on motherboard or back plate of IO, Moving CMOS jumper over to the next pins on the motherboard, Or removing CMOS battery and flushing system of power)

My recommendation having no knowledge of your hw specs would be the last option and remove the motherboard battery + flush power.

All motherboards will be able to clear their CMOS by turning off the system, disconnect power plug, wait 10 seconds, open PC and remove the "watch battery" that is seated on the motherboard. Once removed, proceed to push the PC power button constantly for 15-20seconds. (Press it a few more times for good measure.)

Reinsert the battery, plug in your PC power cable and then power on your system. Your last changes to your memory frequency should be cleared and your PC will boot with default BIOS settings.
