App issue across computers

hey fellas I kinda need help
so I have this issue with roblox where it kept crashing after a while of playing on my old pc
and now that I've gotten a new pc I thought it'd fix it but nop, it doesn't even launch now (roblox studio works just fine)
I did not transfer ANYTHING from my old pc and no one else seems to be having this issue. I saw issues on dxdiag, any ideas?
