#PC crashes when playing games, mainly overwatch

Please help
Been struggling with this for so long
Genuinely thinking of us rolling back to an older bios version where it would only crash if I am logged into my father’s account
Msi, mobo manufacturer suggested an RMA but I don’t want to wait months to get my mobo back
Yes
I had reinstalled windows which deleted ow files too
And the crash occurred in other games like valorant and cs too
So it’s probably not strictly the game
But I have noticed now that it only really crashes while playing overwatch even tho my brother has been playing valorant all day
How do I check tho
Yeah maybe
Actually, I should try using 1 stick
I don’t have that luxury
But if it turns out to be the ram
I will just contact support and ask for an advanced RMA
I just didn’t think it would be the ram cause I did a prime95 that stresses the ram too
Tried that
Stopped it after the first pass cause people said it’s useless
But even after the first pass completed, no errors were found
Constant 57C under 100% load
Gpu max temp 83C in hotspot
Air cooler
I have like 5 fans in the system
And 2 fans for the cooler
Bunch of airflow
The thing is, it suddenly happened like 3 months ago and I rebooted to find that windows had updated by itself
Didn’t think much of it
But then found the pattern that it crashes when my father is logged in
Not psu not stress test of 5 hours went well
Maybe motherboard
I Even thought it could be tpm
But it turns out that even if the tpm is working fine it still crashes
Yes
It was always windows 11
Built it about 1 years and 3 months ago
I wish I could
But I don’t wanna delete the data really
I was planning on doing a clean reinstall
But found that the partition thing is kinda hard to deal with so used the recovery tool to reinstall windows only
But keep files
Ran malwarebytes and Microsoft security tool and no virus came up
Mhm
Did a system wide scan
3 hours of scan and almost 1M files
Nothing
I might call the pc shop that is near me and see if I can take the pc and they try swapping components
I just hope it’s not expensive
Although they do advertise free system diagnosis
The free diagnosis is just logs and stuff
I would pay for proper diagnosis
I did literally everything
I just wish I could barge in, take up a spot beside the repair dude and try swapping parts, find the problem and pay 5 dollars and be on my merry way
I probably have more knowledge than most
I just need the money or parts
Will ask a friend if he has some parts lying around d
Crazy part is it’s only when playing games
@nocturne fog i think I isolated the problem to the ram
Tried one stick and it worked
I will try the other stick later
If it works too
Then the culprit is dual channel
And I know it’s not simply xmp cause I had reset the bios and forgot to turn on xmp and it still crashed
With xmp 3200
2633 without it
How did you fix it?
