Hey ! I bought my pc one year ago with a RTX 3060ti, a Gigabyte H510M H Motherboard Intel H510 Express LGA 1200 Micro ATX and an i5-10400F inside
The problem is that when gaming, my gpu is at 30% but my cpu is at 100%. I want to upgrade the cpu to prevent this bottleneck and use my graphics card to the fullest.
Can you help me find it ? Do i need to change the motherboard too ? I want this change to be the cheapest possible, i have a 200-300 euros budget.

That CPU is still relatively new and 3060Ti isn't particulary a beast. Look into CPU temperatures, viruses and idle windows usage. consider new install of windows. 10400F is better than my old i7 6700 which had little issues driving 5700XT, cca 85% of 3060 power. If you want to do the upgrading don't get 11th gen CPUs and save up more money to upgrade(cpu+mb) to 12/13/14th gen.
