#PLEASE HELP: unable to boot into USB for Windows Media Creation Tool

I have taken all ram out except 1, I plugged my Win 10 WMCT USB stick in. And set it at primary boot spot. It takes a minute to get into the purple Windows Media Creation Tool screen, then it just stays purple. Have been watching this purple screen for about 8min now.

Please help on what I should do next.

I have 1080ti gpu, 800w modular gold psu, 4x 8gb sticks of vengeance rgb pro ram, thermaltake aio cooler, 2x SSD & 1x m.2

If anyone knows anything I could try to boot into windows that would be wonderful.
