I just replaced my cpu, mobo and ram and I keep having this issue where when I startup the pc it works sometimes and doesn’t work the other times. Also, sometimes the lights light up for an issue with dram and cpu, but sometimes it doesn’t. Now, I just turned on XMP in bios and it doesn’t want to startup at all, with the lights stuck on.

CPU: ryzen 7 7800x3d
Mobo: asrock b550
Ram: 4x16 t force delta
Gpu: amd ryzen 6700xt

Sometimes it will not turn on at all and sometimes it will make me wait a few minutes before turning on its weird

Also whenever it starts up, it likes to flicker between the different ports of my monitor for some reason

Basically it just takes super long for startup and there are some weird issues
