My mum recently switched ISP, since then she has told me that she cannot find the new hub. I've checked driver and uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've disabled WiFi card power managed so it doesn't disable it to save power. I've used the troubleshoot multiple times and nothing came up until the last try. It says something about not being able to connect to the network and giving suggestions of fixing the hub. I assume this is to do with the previous one that it is trying to connect to as the laptop has never been set up for the new one. I've told her to plug in the old hub and see if it connects to it and then to disconnect from it, unplug the old hub, see if the new hub shows up, if not, reset the laptop and check again. She's yet to do this but will be doing it soon. I'm posting this here in case this doesn't resolve the problem. The only other thing I can think to do is to back up any data and 'factory' reset it for a fresh boot.
