What are the specs of your PC? Specifically your motherboard &/or NIC card?

If you run the speed test on your phone, do you get faster speeds?

Go to the asrock website & see about getting the latest drivers for your motherboard?

#

What’s the router you’re plugged into?

#

& what’s the type of cable you’re connected with? It should be written in the sleeve

Maybe do the chipset driver, check to make sure the specific port you’re plugged into the router is rated for gigabit (sometimes only one will be) and maybe test a different Cat 6 cable if neither of those other two pan out?

If none of that works, then try booting into a live USB Linux environment (Ubuntu for example) and running a speed test from in there. It’s possible that there’s a software issue in your current windows installation
