My PC specs are
CPU i5-8400
Graphics card 1060 3Gb
ram 16 GB
Motherboard Lenovo 36E7
PSU "Genuine replacement internal power supply" I am not sure if that's correct but from doing some research it says that it is 350 watts and 100 volts.
The budget is hopefully around 6000 SEK which is apparently 549 US dollars.
My PC is a pre-built Lenovo Legion T530-28 90JL009VMW

Now what I need help with is #1 knowing what CPU to upgrade to next and #2 if I need to replace any parts for example Motherboard or power supply? and #3 If I need to do anything extra when installing a new CPU
also, I'd like to know if my cooling is enough for the new CPU or if I need to replace that too
The PC use case is for gaming and a bit of streaming here and there and some day-to-day normal use cases.
Oh yeah and editing.
