So I recently bought a new laptop, and so far it looks and feels great but…
Out of the box this thing has been preforming pretty badly for the specs that are inside.

I have tried to send it back to vendor so that they can have a look at it, but they said it that nothings wrong.

I am no computer expert but I have tried to go into settings to try and boost its performance, I have even gone into the armour crate app and tried to boost its performance there. I have been testing this laptop using furmark and I would get 8FPS.

I then saw that my laptop was using its integrated GPU and not its dedicated GPU and I try to fix that normally but it still wouldn’t use its dedicated GPU, but after I made all the changes.

I then decided to disable my integrated GPU and so far it’s improved the performance up to 25FPS.
This is still very disappointing as I was promised that this laptops performance would be great.
I don’t know what to do so I came here any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated I’ve completely ran out of options and I don’t know what to do.

Ps I do have 36GB stick of ram plus a 4GB stick of ram.
