Rule of thumb: add all ur usages together and double that amount for the PSU.
Your GPU, CPU and some ssd's will use around 250Watt, so a 500W PSU would be kind of your minimum spec. In ur case its better to get a high quality 650 or 750Watt than a lower quality 1000watt.
