The best move would be to get like used 3070/ti. For new gpus its kinda tough at this price point.

Well, its the most reasonable gpu you will get at that pricepoint, and there are games, where you will have lower fps due to 3600 and there are games where it will be okey.
But yes, you could later upgrade your cpu to 7600 or 13600k if you do something else but gaming too.
