I'm undervoting 3050ti laptop from 0.68mv to 0.625 mv, with about 40Mhz clock increase. After I applied that in MSI Afterburner, GPU clock becomes either 1250 MHz at max or 0, GPU usage is both 0 for the two cases. What might be the problem?

how is this possible? GPU started at 45w and 1260MHz, hit 100degree thermal wall and power restricted with dropping clock speed. When power goes to 20w and stablelized, clock went back to 1260MHz
