it says -99C, I just want to set a better curve because I can't edit OEM curve in BIOS and it lets my cpu throttle

First: what kind of computer are you trying to use it for? Laptop, gaming laptop, desktop? If you're trying to use it for a laptop, I'm afraid that you won't be able to do anything, laptops let their CPUs boost really high, beyond what the cooler can handle to make it feel snappy, and then they go down to their power limit after the boost time runs out
