Monitor turning off and headphones stop producing audio

Like the title says, it just random cuts off and i lose audio. the only way i found fixes it is restarting the pc. please help

if the headphones are conected to the monitor, chech the HDMI cable for both sides

if it doesn't effect try using another cable
