Is this a laptop or desktop? If desktop, what keyboard make/model?

deleted the msg thinking it was solved... idk i pressed scrlk- and it would let me use it normally but now it-s back to the same error,
its on desktop and idk which keyboard i am using xD i bought it from amazon long ago sunsonny is the only word it has, never got this issue with it-

do you have another keyboard to test with? to me this sounds like a faulty board

If not, check the drivers for the keyboard, it looks like they do have a website

welp, didnt work, solved it soewhat for now idk if it will break again using a program to map keys, idk why backspace was that

but whats strange is that it sometimes worked but it break some time after
