When I start my PC, the CPU and DRAM led turn on really bright, then the VGA turn on , but it only shimmers. The boot led does not turn on at all

I have already tried to

  • Replug the Ram
  • Replug the GPU
  • reset the bios (removed CMOS battery)
  • checked cables in general

Hope to find some help

O before I forget, I also used only half as much ram as usual and already use a different GPU

You're going to have to provide us with full system specs first

So I found the problem. There was something wrong with the Ram I guess. I just put the sticks in simultaneously
