I had a windows update so i clicked update and shut down and left. When i came back my computer was still running but there was nothing on the screen. I force shut down and started again but the same happened again. The dram light on my motherboard is lit, i’m currently trying different ram sticks in different slots and also trying to clear cmos but i’m stuck on how to get the battery out.
