Hi all, randomly my PC will start up from the wiggle of a mouse, usually turning the fast start up setting on then off fixes it, done it since Windows 10 when it was added!
Anyway now it won't let me, I am the administrator, I even readied the windows 11 admin account and it won't let me do it from in there either!
Any ideas?

Update:
I changed registry over a year ago for that fast startup, that was causing the problem.
But now I reset them, I'm having the problem where turning it off, wiggling mouse turns it back on again!

@solemn steppe do a fresh install, bad idea to edit registry if you don't know what your doing

I have so many files in so many obscure places, and games which done support cloud save, fresh install is a last option!
I knew what i was doing in registry it just seems the latest updates have stopped it working

My fast start up was always baclwards, and resetting itself. Hense it was messed with in reg edit.
Completely disabling hibernation keeps the issue with it starting on mouse wiggle.
Unsure how to proceed
