So I just got a new cpu and case, so obviously I had to transfer it over. I build my pc away from where it actually works, so I just plug in my pc to make sure that it turns on and things are plugged in. However when I power it on I realize that the case fans are not spinning, cpu fan is, but not the case fans. They are all plugged in the right spots, and all the fans work since they were working legit earlier today. How do I fix this?
